The Minion 1200 mm Spit Rotisserie
The minion is a budget friendly unit that still radiates strength and quality. At 1200 mm long, the unit is capable of cooking large roasts, small animals, soulvlaki style meats - and much more! The powerful 30 kg weight rated motor won't skip a beat and is built strong, coming with a 2 year warranty.
The body is a full stainless steel construction which provides durability and looks fantastic. The rotisserie comes with 4 small prongs, capable of doing roast meats or whole chickens. Alongside the robust rotisserie, the unit also comes with a 304 food grade stainless steel grill, transforming it into a large BBQ.
The minion is a compact unit that packs away small providing ease of storage when not in use. Powered by charcoal or wood, the minion is capable of replacing your old BBQ or Spit, providing versatility for all your cooks. 1200 mm Minion Rotisserie Overview
The adjustable height of the skewer allows you to easily change the distance of the meat from the charcoal. This provides extra control over the entire cook. You have both the amount of charcoal used and the height of the skewer from the charcoal as options for heat control. Here are some examples of how this will simplify your cook:
- Raising the skewer can counteract times when too much charcoal has been put in.
- You can lower the skewer to right above the charcoal when the wind is strong, negating the heat loss that can occur.
- You can lower the skewer to get a perfect crackle on your roasts at the end of the cook.
- Raising the skewer can make it easier to cut the meat when dealing with whole animals.
The unit comes flat packed and can be stored the same way. It requires only 6 bolts to put both legs on making it extremely easy to both assemble and pack away.
