OLA Grills - Premium 100% 304 grade Stainless steel Grills

Charcoal & wood-fired parrillas, designed for real-world cooking and built to last. If you’ve been eyeing a parrilla but worry about rust or flimsy parts, this is the range you want. Every model here is made from 304 stainless steel throughout (not 201), backed by 30 mm fire bricks, a smooth side crank wheel for precise height control, and V‑grates that channel fat away from flame. Add optional BBQ rods, an adjustable-height rotisserie, removable side benches, fitted covers, and hanging hooks to set up your grill the way you like it.

Each individual unit is hand made, assembled, and tested before being wrapped and packed in custom crates for safe and secure delivery.

Quick highlights

  • 100% 304 stainless steel — body, frame, grates and hardware (no mixed grades)

  • 1.2–1.5 mm body sheet (thicker than common 0.8–1.0 mm builds)

  • 5 mm horizontal brake on the lift system for dependable, slip‑free control

  • V‑grates as standard (+ optional BBQ rods kit)

  • Adjustable‑height rotisserie that moves with the grate, not fixed in one position

  • 30 mm Grade‑A fire bricks in the firebox

  • Front service door — easy ash clean‑out and extra airflow when you need it

  • Removable side benches (no hard‑bolted clutter)

  • Optional hanging hooks for asado‑style cooking

  • Optional fitted covers

  • Topper (built‑in) model available if you’re integrating into a kitchen

Why 304 matters: 304 stainless is more corrosion‑resistant than 201, especially outdoors and near the coast. It handles heat cycles and cleaning better, and keeps the grill looking good for years.

What makes OLA Parrillas different

  1. All‑304 build — No mixed grades or hidden mild steel parts.

  2. Stronger, safer lift — Our horizontal 5 mm brake resists wear and slippage better than vertical tabs used on cheaper lifts.

  3. Thicker body panels1.2–1.5 mm stainless feels solid, sits square, and shrugs off knocks.

  4. Clean‑out door + airflow — Open to sweep ash or boost oxygen when the fire needs it.

  5. Real flexibility — Swap V‑grates to rods, add an adjustable rotisserie, clip in hooks, remove benches when space is tight, and choose a built‑in topper if you’re doing custom masonry.

How they cook

  • Height control: Turn the side wheel to raise/lower the grill and manage heat without chasing flare‑ups.

  • V‑grates: Channel fat forward to the drip edge, helping avoid flare and keeping flavour on the meat.

  • Rod option: Switch to classic BBQ rods for those familiar char marks.

  • Fire management: The front door makes it easy to stoke/coals and adjust airflow.

Choose your setup

  • Trolley Models (freestanding): Roll‑out convenience with removable side benches. Great for patios and rentals.

  • Topper (Built‑In): No trolley — designed to sit into brickwork or an outdoor kitchen frame.

  • Full‑Rod Versions: Prefer rods over V‑grates? Order the full‑rod build from the start.

Accessories & add‑ons

  • BBQ Rod Kit: Swap from V‑grates to round rods for classic sear lines.

  • Adjustable Rotisserie Kit: Height‑adjusts along with the grill for consistent basting and heat.

  • Hanging Hook Set: For ribs, whole fish, and asado‑style cooking over the firebox.

  • Fitted Cover: Tailored 304‑friendly cover to keep dust, rain and leaves off.

  • Spare Fire Bricks: 30 mm Grade‑A bricks, cut to size.

Care & use

  • Fuel: Hardwood lump charcoal and/or seasoned hardwood splits.

  • Lighting: Natural firelighters or chimney starters; avoid accelerants.

  • Cleaning: Scrape grates hot; shovel ash via the front door once cold. 304 will discolour with heat — that’s normal.

  • Storage: A cover helps reduce maintenance; keep bricks dry when not in use.
