Super easy! The solid stainless body and fire bricks simplify surface cleaning and heat tolerance. The Grills themselves are removable as are the fat drip trays allowing easier cleaning and soaking.

We recommend using a soft scourer to remove the grease and fat and then powdered Bar Keepers Friend stainless steel cleaner!
