Sizzler Deluxe Overview

Australian designed and constantly innovated on - the Sizzler range of caravan and marine BBQs are made for boats, caravans, RV's, and camping. These units are built for Australian conditions, using the highest grade stainless steel, including specially designed 443 stainless steel hotplates to evenly distribute the heat.

All the sizzler deluxe range are AGA certified and come with flame failure devices which is a legal requirement for BBQ's fitted in enclosed spaces. This makes the Sizzler deluxe the strongest, safest BBQ for you and your family all year round. To back up this claim all units a covered with a 5 year warranty, the highest in the market.

The burners on the sizzler deluxe produce 21 MJ or 20,000 BTU of heat, making it the hottest caravan and RV BBQ on the market. This heat is controlled via two independent burners and you can view the cook through the large heat resistant glass viewing port located at the top of the BBQ. At the bottom is a lockable removable fat drip tray for easy cleaning.

With the additional accessories, such as the cooking racks, the sizzler range can be converted from a BBQ into a conventional oven.

Sizzler Deluxe - Choice of Cooking Plates

The sizzler deluxe comes standard with a 3 mm thick, 443 grade stainless steel which can be upgraded to the 1/2 gill, 1/2 solid steel or a full grill cooking plate. These units also come with slightly adjusted burners to ensure even heat distribution over the grill parts. This is unique to the sizzler and Galleymate range and you won't find attention to detail like this in other brands.

With the introduction of the thermocouples the burners can't extend the full length of the plate. This is because of Australian law and the requirements for flame failure protection in all plumbed in BBQ's. As such a "cold spot" occurs along the gas control side of the plate. This is exagerated for the half half grills due to more heat being lost through the grill half. The plate is 3 mm thick 430 stainless - which is great for holding heat and heat distribution but cold spots do occur on the BBQ's along the right side of the BBQ plate. It is also strongly recommended to season the stainless steel plates before use as this will make cleaning them much easier over time.

In addition to this the units have specially designed caravan and RV slides as accessories. Whether you have a BBQ boot space, small slide slot, or an old generator space, the sizzler slides will provide the ideal solution for storage and space needs. The slides are lockable and include plenty of space when fully extended to prevent heat damage to your vehicle.
