Two Motors to Choose From
Your roasting needs may vary depending on the size of your gathering. That's why our spit roaster is customizable with two different motor sizes - 10kg (10 mm diameter skewer) and 30kg (22 mm diameter skewer). Whether you're cooking for a small family get-together or a larger event, this spit roaster can effortlessly adapt to your needs, ensuring that everyone leaves with satisfied taste buds.
Adjustable Spit Height and Viewing Port
You can adjust the height of the spit according to your needs. If you wish to reduce the heat exposed to the spit you can move it away from the heat. You can also lower multiple sized roasts or accessories to the right height and close the hood. Adjusting the height is a 1 person job, even when fully loaded.
Versatile Cooking Options - Spit, BBQ, or Oven
Both the 10 kg and 30 kg rated motor models can be used as traditional spit rotisseries, handling small animals to large roasts. Addtionally, you can remove the spit and create a large BBQ using the provided grill, or lower the hood and use it as an oven with the built in thermometer. This unit can easily replace your current BBQ and provide more cooking and fuel options.
