You can adjust the height of the spit according to your needs. If you wish to reduce the heat exposed to the spit you can move it away from the heat. Both the 10 kg and 30 kg rated motor models can be used as traditional spit rotisseries, handling small animals to large roasts. Additionally, you can remove the spit and create a large BBQ using the provided grill, or lower the hood and use it as an oven with the built in thermometer.
