Set‑up & care

  • Place the oven on a heat‑proof outdoor surface with 10 cm clearance at the rear.
  • Plug into a dedicated 10 A outlet – extension leads are fine if they’re rated 10 A or higher.
  • Pre‑heat on full until the stone hits 400 °C (use the built‑in read‑out or the IR gun in upgraded bundles).
  • After cooking, kill the power and let the stone cool before brushing off residue. The cordierite lifts out for a deeper clean if needed.
