It showcases a compact design that makes it easily transportable, fitting neatly in your car with dimensions of only 550mm x 580mm x 380mm. The flue simply slips on and off without having to use screws or bolts making it a true portable champion.

Advanced Cooking Technology

Equipped with Alfa Forni's revolutionary Heat Genius™ technology, this portable pizza oven can reach a maximum temperature of 500°C in just 30 minutes, this will allow you to bake a real Neapolitan pizza in just 90 seconds. The cooking floor measures 400mm x 400mm and is crafted from silico-alumina refractory bricks which are sourced and made in Italy, this ensures even heat distribution and optimal heat retention.

Efficient and Eco-friendly

Despite its powerful performance, the portable pizza oven is extremely fuel-efficient, consuming only 0.50 kg of LPG gas per hour. This efficiency is due to its Double Down Ceramic Superwool® insulation, offering exceptional heat resistance and maintaining consistent cooking temperatures without overheating the external surfaces.
