The Galleymate BBQ's provides a range of accessories including a rotisserie spit roaster kit with two 4 prong accessories for the skewer. The kit will easily convert your caravan, RV, or boat BBQ into a rotisserie. This allows you to easily cook whole chickens or small pieces of meat.
The unit comes with a motor powered by two D-cell batteries. The motor also has the ability to be DC powered by purchasing a power cord for it (not included) However, the D-cell batteries will last for hours of cooking. - usually enough for an entire trip (just carry a spare set in-case). D-cell bateries are also widely available australia wide.
The kit itself comes with the following:
- 50 cm stainless steel skewer which extends along the entire length of the unit
- An easily removable bracket that attaches to the side of the unit.
- A D cell operated motor that slides smoothly onto the motor bracket.
- Two stainless steel 4 prong accessories for attaching meat or chickens
Using the unit is as simple as attaching a bracket with two screws into the side of the unit and sliding the motor onto the bracket. The skewer than slots into the motor and is supported on the other side.
