The Sizzler Deluxe and Galleymate 1100 cooking Rack is designed to convert your Sizzler Deluxe or Galleymate 1100 BBQ into a conventional oven or to allow higher efficiency when cooking with in saucepans.

The cooking rack is easy to use by following the steps below:

1. Remove the cooking plate from the BBQ.
2. Insert the cooking rack by first angling the back long end into the BBQ and sitting it on the bottom.
3. The front long end will then sit inside the BBQ along the front, providing a snug fit.
4. Place an appropriate sized Baking tray at the back of the rack - There is a 3 mm thick high grade stainless steel baking tray available for the Sizzler Deluxe and Galleymate 1100 by following this link.
5. with the tray pushed to the back, simply turn on the front burner ONLY to the required heat output. By not turning on the back burner you can avoid flame directly heating the bottom of the tray and prevent burning on the bottom of the food.
