Meaning you can use it as a gas powered pizza oven or place the hybrid kit inside and you can use it as a wood fired oven, giving you the best of both worlds. Wood fired cooking infuses your pizzas with that traditional smoky flavour. Alternatively, gas cooking provides a quick, clean and efficient cooking method.
- Designed to fit compactly into any outdoor area, this oven does not just excel in baking two pizzas in just 90 seconds; it can also handle up to 2 kg of bread, roasts, lasagnes', vegetables, and even desserts.
- It features a stainless steel vault that can heat up to 500°C rapidly, maintaining high temperatures with ceramic fibre insulation to optimise fuel efficiency. The refractory brick floor, stainless steel door with an ergonomic handle, and a precise temperature gauge ensures safety and ease of use. Furthermore, the oven is easy to clean and maintain, thanks to its stainless steel front.
